Respect and kindness are expected to be mutual between provider and client at all times. The right to refuse service is reserved if this standard is not upheld.

I understand that plans change! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. 

Appointments missed without notice will be considered a no-show and may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service price.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in the requirement of full payment or a non-refundable deposit before future appointments can be booked.

Please be respectful of your appointment time and arrive on time.

If you arrive late, I will do my best to accommodate you while still maintaining the quality of your service and respecting the guests scheduled after you. Depending on the service and amount of time remaining, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

A shortened service due to a late arrival will still be charged at the scheduled service price.

Because services are personalized and performed based on each guest's individual needs, service fees are non-refundable. If you have a concern about your service, please reach out within 48 hours so we can discuss the best way to address it.

Please arrive with clean skin and avoid applying lotions, oils, or heavy products to the area being waxed immediately before your appointment.

For best results, hair should generally be at least ¼ inch long (approximately the length of a grain of rice). If the hair is too short, the wax may not be able to properly grip it.

Please disclose any medications, skincare products, recent treatments, or conditions that may affect your skin's ability to tolerate waxing.

Waxing may not be appropriate if you are using certain medications or skincare products that increase skin sensitivity or compromise the skin barrier.

Please disclose relevant medications, prescription skincare, exfoliating products, recent chemical peels, retinoids, or other treatments before your appointment.

If your skin is irritated, sunburned, broken, bruised, or otherwise compromised, your service may need to be modified or rescheduled for your safety.

When in doubt, please reach out before booking.

Proper aftercare is important for minimizing irritation, ingrown hairs, and breakouts. You will receive aftercare recommendations appropriate for your service. Please follow those instructions carefully, especially during the first 24–48 hours following a Brazilian or body wax.

Waxing removes hair from the root, but individual results vary depending on hair growth cycles, hormones, medications, and previous hair removal methods.

Regular waxing appointments may help create more consistent results over time.

Minor redness, sensitivity, or temporary irritation can occur following waxing and is generally considered normal. If you experience an unusual or severe reaction, please contact a medical professional.

Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup, mascara, eyeliner, or oily eye products whenever possible.

Please do not apply strip lashes or lash clusters immediately before your appointment.

Clean lashes allow for better application, retention, and overall results.

Lash extensions are a maintenance service and require regular fills to maintain a full appearance. Your retention will vary based on your natural lash growth cycle, lifestyle, skincare routine, makeup use, and aftercare.

Arriving with excessive buildup, makeup, oil, or residue on the lashes may reduce the amount of time available for application.

Fill appointments are intended for maintaining an existing lash set created by Studio Solenne. If you have extensions from another artist, please book a foreign fill/consultation or contact me before booking a standard fill.

Depending on the condition and application of existing extensions, removal and a new full set may be recommended.

Your natural lashes come first.

If your natural lashes appear too fragile, damaged, or otherwise unsuitable for the requested service, I may recommend a different service or allow additional time for recovery.
