Please arrive with clean lashes free of mascara, eyeliner, oils, and other eye makeup. Avoid using oily products around the eyes before your appointment, and if possible, arrive with your lashes completely clean and dry.
-
Classic lashes create a more natural, defined look by applying one extension to each natural lash. Hybrid lashes combine classic and volume techniques for a fuller, textured look. Volume lashes create a softer, fluffier appearance using multiple lash extension fibers on each natural lash.
-
Lash extensions naturally shed with your own lash growth cycle. Most guests return every 2–3 weeks for a fill to maintain their desired fullness!
Lashes
-
Yes! Your extensions can get wet after your appointment. Regular cleansing is actually an important part of maintaining healthy natural lashes and beautiful extensions.
-
Mascara generally isn't necessary with lash extensions. If you choose to use it, use a lash-extension-safe, water-based formula and avoid waterproof or oil-based products.
-
It depends on the condition and type of your existing extensions. In some cases, a removal and full new set may be recommended to ensure the best results and protect the health of your natural lashes.
-
Come with clean skin and avoid applying oils, lotions, or heavy products to the area immediately before your appointment.
-
Hair should generally be around ¼ inch long, or approximately the length of a grain of rice. If you've been shaving, allowing roughly 8-10 days of growth is usually a good starting point.
-
Waxing can be uncomfortable, especially during your first few appointments, but most guests find that it becomes easier with consistency. Your experience can also vary depending on your individual pain tolerance, hair growth, and where you are in your growth cycle.
Waxing
-
Most guests find that every 4–6 weeks works well for maintaining their results. Consistent waxing can also help your hair grow back finer and more evenly over time.
-
It's normal to experience some redness, sensitivity, or small bumps immediately following your appointment. These typically settle fairly quickly. You'll receive aftercare recommendations to help soothe the skin and reduce the chance of irritation and ingrown hairs.
-
Gentle exfoliation, keeping the area clean and moisturized, and maintaining a consistent waxing schedule can help reduce ingrown hairs. Follow the specific aftercare recommendations provided after your appointment.
-
A consultation is included as part of your permanent makeup appointment. We’ll discuss your goals, answer any questions you may have, and go over shape, color, and expectations before beginning the procedure.
-
Appointment times vary depending on the service. Permanent makeup appointments typically take 2–3 hours, allowing plenty of time for consultation, mapping, and the procedure itself. Touch-up appointments are generally shorter.
-
Everyone's pain tolerance is different, but most clients describe the sensation as mild discomfort rather than pain. A topical numbing agent is used throughout the procedure to help keep you as comfortable as possible.
Permanent Makeup
-
Your permanent makeup will go through several stages as it heals. Color may initially appear darker or more intense before softening and lightening. Some flaking or peeling is normal during the healing process. Full healing can take several weeks, and you'll receive detailed aftercare instructions following your appointment.
-
Permanent makeup is designed to gradually fade over time rather than last forever. Longevity varies based on the service, skin type, lifestyle, skincare routine, and other factors. Most clients will benefit from a color-refresh appointment as their results begin to fade.
-
A touch-up is usually recommended after the initial healing process to perfect the color and retention. Whether one is needed depends on how your skin heals and how the pigment settles.
