Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service amount.

Due to the time, preparation, and nature of cosmetic and medical services, all services are final sale. No refunds will be issued. Adjustments or touch-ups, when applicable, must be addressed within the designated timeframe discussed at your appointment.

No permanent makeup service will be performed without completing the required consultation and consent forms.
Healing & Touch-Ups
A touch-up appointment may be recommended to refine results once the skin has healed. Touch-ups are not included in initial appointment cost, and are usually scheduled between 6-12 weeks of initial appointment.
Medical Considerations
Clients must disclose all medical conditions, medications, or skin sensitivities prior to treatment. Certain conditions may require physician approval before proceeding.
Lash Extension Policies
Appointment Preparation
Clients should arrive with clean lashes free of makeup, oils, and mascara. Arriving with makeup on may require additional cleansing time and could affect appointment duration.
Lash fills
Lash fill appointments are designed for clients with at least 40–50% of their extensions remaining. Appointments may be converted to a full set if insufficient extensions remain.
Foreign Fills
Studio Solenne may require removal and a full set for lash extensions applied by another artist.
Waxing Policies
Skin Preparation
Clients should avoid retinol, exfoliating acids, and strong active skincare products on the treatment area for several days prior to waxing. Waxing over compromised skin will not be performed.
Hair Length
For best results, hair must be at least ¼ inch long (about the length of a grain of rice) before your appointment. This typically means waiting 2–3 weeks after shaving. If the hair is too short, waxing may not be effective and the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Sensitivity
Certain medications and skincare treatments may increase skin sensitivity. Clients should inform their provider of any relevant products or prescriptions..
